Program: Summer Math Camp for Middle School

Goals: 1. Recover lost math skills due to school closure
2. Review Pre-Algebra or Algebra I
Location: 3188 Southern Blvd. SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124 (between Golf Course & Sara)
Program Descriptions:
- Step One:
- Take pre-assessment Test
- Step Two:
- Take (strand-by-strand) Lesson Plans which addresses missing math skills identified by the assessment test(s)
- Step Three:
- Take post-assessment Test to further ascertain all missing math skills are now mastered
Tutors teach one-on-one
Supplement with practice exercises to reinforce lessons learned
Expected Results:
Students are ready for Algebra I or Geometry with a solid foundation; or
Students are proficient at their enrolled grade level
Program Schedule (Starts June 2 and ends July 31):
2 hours/day, morning or afternoon session
- Session A: 3 days/week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
- Session B: 2 days/week (Tuesday and Thursday)
- Morning Session: 9:30am to 11:30am
- Afternoon Session: 2:00pm to 4:00pm
Cost:
Session A: $125.00/week (6 instructional hours/week)
Session B: $95.00/week (4 instructional hours/week)
- Fee includes all tutoring, curriculum, tests, homework assignments, and supply
- Students commit minimum 2 weeks block
